Warranty and returns

Every OxMedi device carries a 2-year warranty, and you can return anything within 90 days.

90-day returns

Changed your mind? Return the product in its original packaging, in as-new condition with all accessories, within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us first for a returns number; refunds are processed within 7 days of the item arriving back, usually within 2.

Faulty products

Contact us during opening hours — most problems are solved on the phone in minutes. If the device needs to come back, we send a prepaid label and either repair, replace or refund under the warranty.

Warranty

2 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover consumables (masks, meshes, cuffs, tips, batteries), accidental damage or use outside the instructions. Register your device so we have your details on file.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Recycling

Electrical devices and batteries must not go in household waste. Return them to us free of charge or use your council's WEEE collection point.
