The OxMedi WF1 is a cordless water flosser that cleans between teeth and below the gumline with a pulsing jet of water. It suits anyone who finds string floss awkward, and anyone with braces, implants, crowns or bridges. We make one water flosser, and this is why it is the right one.

We make one water flosser. Here is why it is the right one.

String floss reaches between teeth. A water flosser reaches between teeth and under the gumline, where plaque does the damage — and it takes a minute, not ten. The WF1 gives you a 400 ml tank (a full clean without a refill), eight pressure modes with a gentle start, seven tips for every job and a digital display that shows the pressure and the charge. It comes with a zipped travel case and charges from any USB socket.

Questions and answers

Does a water flosser replace string floss?

For most people, yes — and it reaches below the gumline where floss cannot. Your dentist may still recommend floss for tight contacts. Brush twice a day as usual.

Can I use it with braces, implants or crowns?

Yes. That is where water flossers shine: the orthodontic tip clears around brackets and wires, and the jet cleans around implants and under bridges without pulling on them.

Will it make my gums bleed?

Gums that are not used to being cleaned may bleed for the first few days, then stop as they get healthier. Start on the lowest mode. If bleeding continues after two weeks, see your dentist.

How often should I use it?

Once a day, ideally in the evening after brushing. Sixty seconds covers the whole mouth.

Can I use mouthwash in the tank?

A splash of mouthwash in warm water is fine. Rinse the tank with clean water afterwards.

Key features

400 ml tank

A full clean on one fill — up to 90 seconds at full pressure, or about three minutes on the gentlest setting. Most cordless flossers hold 250–280 ml and run out halfway.

Eight pressure modes, comfort start

From a light rinse to a powerful jet. Pressure builds gently to the level you chose rather than starting at full force.

Seven tips in the box

Three standard jet tips, a plaque buster, two orthodontic tips for braces and a gumline tip — enough for the whole household.

Digital display and zipped case

Pressure level and remaining charge at a glance. Flosser, cable and all seven tips store in the case, with the tips in their own compartment.
